Compliance Statement

This statement is provided in compliance with the Federal Labeling and Record-Keeping Law, commonly known as 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), which require that producers of actual sexually explicit content maintain records regarding the performers who appear in such content.

CamSite.me is committed to full compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75. All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual sexually explicit conduct appearing or otherwise contained on this website were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time of the creation of such depictions.

CamSite.me's Role as Secondary Producer

CamSite.me operates as an interactive computer service and social media platform that allows users to upload, share, and stream user-generated content. CamSite.me does not produce any content that appears on this website. All content is created, uploaded, and/or transmitted by third-party users of the platform.

To the extent that CamSite.me may be considered a "secondary producer" under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, we maintain records as required by law. These records are maintained by our Custodian of Records.

Content producers (broadcasters) on CamSite.me are independent contractors and are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including maintaining all required records for any actual sexually explicit content they produce.

Custodian of Records

The Custodian of Records for CamSite.me is available at the following location during normal business hours:

Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Mountain Time (excluding holidays)

Age Verification & Documentation

All broadcasters on CamSite.me are required to verify their identity and age before being permitted to stream on the platform. Our verification process includes:

• Submission of a valid, government-issued photo identification document
• Cross-reference verification to confirm identity
• Live selfie verification to confirm the person submitting documents matches the ID
• Ongoing monitoring and re-verification as required

Records of age verification are maintained pursuant to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75.

Retention

Performer identity and age verification records (including government-issued ID documents and date of birth) are retained indefinitely from the date the broadcaster's account is created. Broadcast recordings of native streams are retained for seven (7) years from the date of recording. Records are made available to authorized law enforcement personnel in compliance with 28 C.F.R. § 75.5.
