You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater) to access or use CamSite. By using our services, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users who wish to broadcast must verify their age and identity through our verification process. We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time. Parents and guardians should use parental control tools to prevent minors from accessing adult content online.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password secure and confidential • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Broadcasters agree to the following conditions: • You must be at least 18 years old and complete identity verification • All content must feature only consenting adults who have provided valid identification • You retain ownership of your content but grant CamSite.me a license to display and distribute it • You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes on your earnings • You must not broadcast content that violates any applicable laws • You agree to our revenue sharing terms (broadcasters receive 60% of token value from tips) • Broadcasting illegal content will result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities

CamSite.me uses a virtual currency system called "Tokens" for facilitating payment for entertainment services: TOKEN PURCHASES: • Tokens are purchased with real currency and can be used exclusively to pay broadcasters for their entertainment services on CamSite • Token purchases are final and non-refundable except where required by law • Tokens have NO cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, redeemed, or converted back to currency by purchasers • Tokens may only be used to compensate broadcasters for services rendered on this platform • Users cannot transfer tokens to other users - tokens may only be sent to broadcasters as payment for services • Unused tokens will be forfeited upon account termination or closure • We reserve the right to modify token pricing at any time BROADCASTER EARNINGS & PAYOUTS: • CamSite.me acts as a limited payment collection agent solely for the purpose of collecting payments for broadcaster services • Broadcasters receive 60% of the token value as compensation for their entertainment services • Payouts are processed on a WEEKLY SCHEDULE (every Friday) - this is not on-demand money transmission • Minimum payout threshold of $50 applies before funds can be disbursed • Earnings are held for a 7-day clearing period before becoming eligible for the weekly payout cycle • CamSite.me processes payouts through licensed third-party payment processors (PayPal, direct bank transfer) • CamSite.me does not hold, store, or transmit money on behalf of users - we facilitate payment for services • All transactions are subject to fraud review and compliance verification

Users agree NOT to: • Upload, broadcast, or distribute content depicting minors in any context • Share non-consensual intimate imagery • Engage in harassment, bullying, or threatening behavior • Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls • Share accounts or sell access to accounts • Engage in money laundering or fraudulent activities • Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law • Impersonate other users, broadcasters, or CamSite.me staff • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination and legal action.

CamSite.me respects intellectual property rights: • You retain ownership of content you create and upload • By uploading content, you grant CamSite.me a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform • You may not upload copyrighted material without permission • We respond to valid DMCA takedown notices • Repeat infringers will have their accounts terminated To submit a DMCA notice, contact us at legal@camsite.me with the required information.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. • CamSite.me is not responsible for user-generated content • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months • Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you You agree to indemnify and hold CamSite.me harmless from any claims arising from your use of the service.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. • Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration • Class action lawsuits are waived to the extent permitted by law • You have 30 days from first use to opt out of arbitration by contacting us in writing If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
